First Friday Comedy Club Tonight At Bryan Place

We will be attending the First Friday Comedy Club tonight at Bryan Place downtown.  Rumor has it that Rick Sabine has a pair of tickets to giveaway to one lucky attendee to the Rodney Carrington show on 9/29/12 at Secrest Auditorium compliments of Ticketcrush Concerts.  Be there or be square…

ZANESVILLE — Comedian Caroline “The Cajun Queen” Picard will headline the First Friday Comedy Club at Bryan Place, 49 North Sixth St. in downtown Zanesville.

She not only is a favorite at clubs across the country, but she also is a favorite with the troops overseas. Picard will go back to Iraq in April for her 14th overseas tour entertaining the troops.

Piccard has shared the stage with Ron White, Ralphie May and Rodney Carrington and is one of the most requested comics on XM-Radio, Sirius Radio, AOL Radio and National Lampoon Radio. Her style is all her own.

“I like my show to be like a rock concert,” she said in a news release. “It’s my mission to make people in my generation (baby boomers) remember what they did and the fun they had.”

Steve Poggi, one of the top comedians in St. Louis, will open the show.

Tickets are $12 and will be sold at the door. Doors open at 6 p.m. for dinner and the show starts at 8 p.m. The admission price does not include food or beverages.
